Installation Notes

♦ Ensure the battery is installed in a well-ventilated area with sufficient space for heat dissipation (minimum 10cm clearance around the battery).

♦ Verify the polarity before connection: positive terminal (+) to positive lead, negative terminal (-) to negative lead. Reverse polarity may cause permanent damage.

♦ For pack assembly, follow the recommended compression force: maximum allowable pressure 600kgf (17%±3%SOC), final pressure 300±20kgf (17%±3%SOC) to prevent swelling.

♦ Use insulated tools during installation to avoid short-circuiting the terminals.

♦ The battery’s height direction should be perpendicular to the vehicle’s direction of travel (for EV applications) to ensure stability during movement.
